

History and Tradition
Bringing to the World the Best of Alentejo
Tiago was born on the Alentejo coast and grew up watching his father managing the butchery family business in Vila Nova de Milfontes. He founded Alentejo Fine Foods with the purpose of providing moments of inspiration and pleasure, inviting the consumer to appreciate the best of Alentejo.
With more than 20 years of professional experience in Portugal, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Tiago started his career in Civil Engineering, moving later to Management, where he has played the role of business manager in Financial Services. He graduated in Civil Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico of the University of Lisbon and completed an MBA at the London Business School of the University of London.

The project Alentejo Fine Foods aims to bring the Alentejo region closer to the World through the production of excellent meat products.
At this stage we are growing and maturing in the regional and domestic market and taking the first steps internationally. We are focused on refining our value proposition to compete in Portugal and abroad.
Meat Deboning & Processing Services — Fresh & Frozen
Alentejo Fine Foods provides professional deboning and meat processing services for business clients, covering beef, pork and lamb. We carry out deboning, cutting, portioning and vacuum packaging, in fresh or frozen form, under strict hygiene, temperature control and traceability standards. Our deboning facility is located in the Alentejo region of Portugal, serving both domestic and export markets. Processing can be performed using client-supplied meat or meat sourced by us.



Deboning
We perform deboning of beef, pork and lamb carcasses and primal cuts with technical precision and high yield. The process takes place in a controlled environment, ensuring hygiene, food safety and full traceability from reception through to cuts ready for further processing.

Cutting & Packaging
We provide cutting and portioning according to client specifications, with the option of vacuum packaging per piece or portion. Ideal preparation for retail, food service, distribution or export, ensuring consistency and professional presentation.

Blast Freezing
Processing under controlled cold chain conditions with rapid freezing to preserve product quality, texture and nutritional value. Extends shelf life and facilitates storage and transport while maintaining high food safety standards.
